What materials are Raven Cues manufactured from?
Every Raven Cue is crafted from premium, kiln-dried Grade A North American Hard Rock Maple or high-grade carbon fiber, ensuring maximum stability, warp resistance, and a consistent hit.
How long does shipping take for custom cue orders?
Standard in-stock cues ship within 2-3 business days. Custom configurations or professional tip replacements may require an additional 5-7 business days for precision assembly and quality testing.
Do you offer a warranty on your cues and shafts?
Yes, we provide a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects and warpage. Please note that this does not cover normal wear and tear on tips, ferrules, or damage caused by improper storage and temperature extremes.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied with the 'feel' of the cue?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If the cue has not been chalked or used in play, you can return it for a full refund. Chalked cues are subject to a 15% restocking fee as they can no longer be sold as new.
Can I request a specific weight or tip diameter for my cue?
Absolutely. Most of our cues feature an adjustable weight bolt system (typically 18oz to 21oz). You can specify your preferred weight and tip diameter (e.g., 11.75mm to 13mm) during the checkout process.
How should I maintain my Raven Cue to prevent warping?
Always store your cue vertically in a stable rack or horizontally in a hard case. Avoid leaving it in a vehicle or near heat sources, and use a slightly damp microfiber cloth for cleaning followed immediately by a dry buff.
